The first stage in cooperation with a new client is to analyze the business processes and create the system design. Creating the system solutions our consultants analyze the handling of individual processes in a company, and together with the client they create a description of process service in the new solution. With the experience gained from the diversity and number of the projects completed so far, they are able to suggest optimization of many processes.
